downside is I can't find dates related to this.
For stocks traded on the US exchanges the information is better, free and readily available, I posted the BQI site below so you do not have to go on a fishing expedition...... (sucks that the TSX can not provide the same, it is a mickeymouse exchange IMO.).
There is a discrepancy between these two sites on the number of holders, 77 versus 75. I trust the site below more.....
btw Canada pension owns 2.517 million shares according to this site.

this site will give you the short position, currently just under a million shares etc. Insider etc etc.
