Gryphon Gold Corporation is a mine development company. The Company's principal asset is Borealis property. The Borealis Property is 27.5 square miles located in the Walker Lane gold belt of western Nevada. The Company's land position covers approximately 17,600 acres for the Borealis property and over 60 Nevada exploration properties, which cover approximately 70 square miles in the state's gold trends. The Borealis property has approximately 1.4 million ounces of measured and indicated gold resources, and approximately 1.1 million ounces of inferred gold resources have been accredited to the one square mile Central Borealis zone. Its Borealis property has over five other prospective zones that are being explored, which have the potential to host significant gold resources. The Company continued drilling on the Borealis property in the Graben resource, and in the central and western pediment areas.

Great Post for sure Kiwi,

You have made valid points of why I own this ticker ... The mangement arent a bunch of Howe or Bay street stock promoters, In your words you called them Mining Operators.. << Thank you I prefer experience over pencil pushers who just want to jack the SP and have nothing else to offer investors except paper which I most likely sold them in the 1st place to print transaction reports out..

Lets not foget this 1.3 million didnt fall from the sky. It was raised by Again your words>> MINING OPERATORS that got some funds from most likely savy people with Dough.. I summize these must be business men who also see the same value as I do. And of course you= mention 2 years of frustration. but yet still have faith in the property, just not the managment, But your still here!! This is a validaion and endorsement on your part or you would have already been gone.

Payday is around the Corner... There is no problem with raising the 8 million + and there will be no default on payment that you have specualte about. ASk the Inhousepuppet he nailed the call on Friday.

Again I would rather the share price consolidate here then shoot to the moon only to fall back to these levels, A nice steady rise is always the best,I like the SP staircase climb, This way when the POG drops 60.00 an OZ we wont be falling as is being witnessed by alot of tickers that didnt have a suppoted Share Price foundation

Not to mention the realestate value of this property is worth more than 23 cents all day long
