Interesting observations
Interesting observationsI re-read the Industrial Minerals article this weekend, and found very interesting and revealing observations. Read carefully what Michael said:
“Our end product is also expected to be equally usable by sulphate and chloride pigment producers,” he added.
“We are miners with an end product that should be the purest product on the market,” Dehn said.
What does he mean that "with an end product that should be the PUREST product in the market"? This may mean that Argex/PRO metallurgy process may produce TiO2 of over 98% or even 99% purity!
Just think about it again, this may mean the metallurgy process is so successful (that exceeded the management expectation) that it can produce the PUREST TiO2 in the market today!
What does that translate into market? Argex's product may command a high premium over products from competitors, and furthermore it will be produced with LOWEST possible cost due to its high grade and byproducts of vanadium and iron.
