RE: Death spiral continues?

The seeds of ineptitude were sown long ago. Kirkpatrick is just a talking head ( no real substance - hasn't got a clue how to run a business). The BOD's are indifferent to the plight of the shareholders, who, I might add, just assumed that the BOD would act in the best fiduciary  interests of the company owners. This is obviously not the case here as they continue to grow their personal wealth while shrinking the company, because they simply, deep down, know, they can't deliver on KK's vacuous promises. Too bad for all of us - this company, at one time, had great potential.
