Firstly you fail in many areas.  The land area is 1/2 the size.  2ndly the outstanding shares fully diluted are 295 mill for EPO.  WPX is half that fully diluted.  KCL was less than WPX in terms of share float. 

So if you think your going to be on the moon with EPO, no i don't think so.  I believe in the EPO story unlike the bashers here do.  But I'm also realistic as well about my investment.
