RT, your full of it. If that's what you belive then good for you. But I can tell ya right now that the institutiions CAN SELL THEIR SHARES IF THEY WANT TO. It is still a material FACT that the company has 244 shares out and 295 fully diluted. The options / warrants will likely get exercised and sold into the market which WILL put downward pressure on the stock as good news comes out. You can't be that blind not to see that! I've seen it so many times in my career. THE FULLY DILUTED SHARES are important...PERIOD. And more important that the float.
