RE: RE: Let's Get Some Facts Right

RE: RE: Let's Get Some Facts RightI am no insider, just a shareholder like all of you. I get my info from Reed with discretion. All this negative speculation is making me wonder as well.

I don't know the "new investors" but they were referred to as the investors around the new REE properties.

Why the R/S? "They" were expecting the PP to go through @ .10 and then to proceed forward on top of that. When no one could figure out who was relentlessly selling to bring the sp down, and Mineral Field was outright denying any dumping (Reed called their CEO several times) yet they wanted to renegotiate at .05...The "new investors" called for the consolidation to get a total shareholder distribution listing (and perhaps other intentions?) - so I was told.

Now, Reed could of been bluffing me all this time, until something caused me to consider otherwise. Hold on to your seats, he asked me to consider joining the BOD to replace Mark Naylor (because of my background and short relationship). He told me what forms to fill out and prepare and he would be making a recommendation to the board on my behalf. After thinking about it I declined because of commitment reasons. But that made me think, if he's open to let an outsider in, a shareholder, he must not be hiding things, and is willing to be exposed? You can't go too far covering up one lie with another. He was disappointed at my decision but understanding. So I'm giving a bit more credit to what he tells me now and also exposing myself by giving it away here. But that's ok, beacuse I get other important info from other posters.
