Something strange with Nevado

Something strange with Nevado

1) Why did VDO retain a director of RGX to be its acting CEO? This is strange. Does this indicate some informal relationship between RGX and VDO?

2) Why did VDO change its management and directors particularly in view that they just raised money. This is strange, and probably something seriously wrong with VDO. VDO shareholders should ask this question to the VDO management.

"Mr. Curtis was also involved in numerous projects in the public domain, including the merger of Bowood Energy Inc. (BWD), and is a board member of several public corporations."

Did any one feel something strange with the phrase "the merger of Bowood Energy"? Among many of his achievement, why specifically mentioning a merger? Is that an indicating of the future for VDO?
