Giyani Metals Corp. is a battery metal development company. It produces sustainable, low carbon high purity battery-grade manganese for the electric vehicle (EV) industry. The K.Hill Project, Otse, and Lobatse are located in the Kanye Basin of south-eastern Botswana (the Kanye Basin Prospects) and held through Menzi Battery Metals (Pty) Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. Its segments include Botswana Battery Metals Project for the exploration, evaluation and development of its battery-grade manganese assets located in Botswana and the demonstration plant under construction in South Africa and Corporate.

VANCOUVER, Jan. 24 /CNW/ - 99 Capital Corporation (TSX-V: WDG) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Directors of the Company, the Company has changed its name to Giyani Gold Corp, reflecting the company's strategic focus on exploration and development in the Giyani greenstone belt of the Republic of South Africa.

The common shares of the Company will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "TSXV") under the new name at the market open on Tuesday, January 25, 2011. The Company's trading symbol on the TSXV will remain the same. There is no consolidation of capital and no exchange of shares is required.
