Little help...

Little help...Hi all, just looking for some insight into Severstal's history as I have only been a HRG shareholder for a few months.  I owned Crew Gold previously and moved my dollars here as I preferred the growth outlook, chart looked good, etc...  So, my question: are we at risk of being taken out 100% by Severstal?
