The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE: A missed opportunityAre you serious?   The second Giusti were to join the board people would be bailing left and right.   He made a complete debacle of ALE.

On the surface, these new appointments are well connected and experienced fellows.  Especially the new CEO.  My real concern is what the reason for the resignation of Kroshko is.  Obviously, this was not a spur of the moment decision, as there were too many planned appointments and changes.

I will be tuning into the C.C as I expect there will be some explaining going on that may be material to the company.
