RE: iraq pay Companies for Kurdish oil exports beg

RE: iraq pay Companies for Kurdish oil exports begThere is still a lack of clarity on the subject.
I understand that, under the terms of the production sharing agreements signed by the Kurdish government, part of the petroleum produced by foreign companies is allocated to them.
In this case, there is not reason for the Iraq central government to make any payment to the foreign companies exporting their own barrels of oil.
The payment mencioned in this article makes me suspicious about the ongoing changes to the Kurdish production sharing contracts. Are the foreign companies going to loose the property of the oil produced by them, and instead receive a "fee" for each barrel produced and exported?
