Its 100% owned, 1213 hectare (2997 acres) Happy Cat gold property, is located in southern Ravenswood Mining District, Lander County, Nevada. The Company also operates the Coleman Canyon Gold property, which consists of patented and unpatented claims total approximately 710 contiguous hectares (1756 acres).
