One ofthe customer defendants is Apple. In a prior post I pointed out that thechips in Apple's Macbooks are Intel chips, the iPad and the iPhone haveother chips which include those of Infineon, Samsung and Qualcomm. so afinal licence with Apple is multifaceted.

Another defendant D-Link uses chips from both Intel and AMD chips, the same goes for HP notebooks.

AMD is not a defendant.

So one can see that there is much to negotiate...but all to WIN's benefit.
