Thx for your show feedback
It reaffirms my future prognostication.
DNT will accept a buy-out at 6cents or higher per lb in the ground.
The principals will then spin out Sur and have a pile of cash to drill and move that forward.

The sticking point will be if the purchaser will not allow them to spin out the under explored assets.
They may take 6cents per lb instead of 8 or 9 in order to spin out..
