Wow Top! OPTI - Where's the problem?

Wow Top! OPTI - Where's the problem?
Thanks for that wonderful insight and crystal clear analysis ITOP you are something.... or other.

Both Attorney and Bass have offered some actual information and or opinions complete with perceived scenario's, I like that .
I  don't personally have the knowledge to form an opinion on the specifics of  the Nexen/Opti  ORcrude process so I read and evaluate from many sources  .
What I can offer a solid opinion on is the management of the business and the leadership being provided.

Mr. Slubiki is the CEO and acting President of Opti  Canada and thus directly responsible for the Companies fortunes or failures under his control. This man was entrusted with the helm, some say, to co-ordinate a sale/merger/takeover of Opti to help increase shareholder value and ensure a future existance. In other words, be around to reap the rewards of all the labors. Mr. Slubiki has done neither of these things in the last two years in fact he may have sealed our fate with the constant missed targets and half truths.

Mr. Slubiki must be replaced and the BOD shaken up immediately to have any chance of attracting a suitable
offer.

I can not imagine running my business with people that could not achieve there objectives day in day out, month in year out etc.. You can not continue to fail in your job and expect to remain in the position.
(what are we the Liberal party)

OFF WITH HIS HEAD !!    ..........or something as equally dramatic would draw some attention.

4Iron of Locksley.
