RE: Insiders?It's unclear to me what the "90 - Change in the Nature of ownership" means, but it could be the "Gypsy Swap" that was mentioned in the NR. That is: Joe Dwek Mgmt. swapped common shares for FT shares. Given that insider selling has been proven to be meaningless in many studies, it does not concern me. However, insider buying is significant, and that is a good sign here; albeit it is a modest amount of buying. The insider sells could also be more selling by the director, Stan, who resigned. But, odds are it is JDM as both of these data sources end in 142. Thus, it's probably a Gypsy Swap.
