There are too many other opportunities  out there to hold on to this based on promise. Have not seen enough progress except to see more stock issued by the upper management and more land purchases which on the surface might seem like a good move but it removes focus from properties they already own . They need to conserve cash and not try to expand . Buying more land might provide a nice story to get investors pumped but really its money poorly spent and takes the eyes off the prize. I think they do it to provide some news that can be spun to their advantage.
