RE: RE: RE: RE: Parvis

RE: RE: RE: RE: ParvisFraid that's exactly what good CEO's with proven winning track record/formula's do.
Upon arrival...they access situation/key personel, formulate strategy/ 'game plan', etc...then act to impliment.  And huge part of their game plan is usually dependant upon having a 'winning team' team CEO feels comfortable with that is capable of achieving CEO's fision for the company.  Hence...working to assembling his 'winning team' is usually one of the first things they do.

Fact that some former SPM execs have been replaced ....does not mean they were weak or poor performers...but more likely that they simply did not fit into new CEO game plan...and or he did not feel he could work effectively with them.  It's usually just that simple.

So...yes...'cleaning house' and asssembling new team is usually one of the first things a strong CEO with a plan will do!

Whether they are successful or not of course is obviously the real test....which we will not know for a while yet...however...this is why the mkts generally like management with a proven winning 'formula'/history.

I think Parviz has a great litlle company here in SPM....and as an investor with a longer term outlook...my bet is he will be able to take the company to the next level or two up.

Happy investing and GLTA longs!
