Recovery of insurance claim

Recovery of insurance claimI understand that the full recovery of the sums including in the insurance claim is key to WZR, in a sense that, without this funding, it would be very difficult for WZR to execute the anticipated drilling campaign for 2011.
Is there any risk of at least part of the amounts included in the claim not being recovered by WZR?
