RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: An announced event...Gadfly.....although I agree with you (in part) on management taking responsibility ("man up") when it comes to equipment failure........you or I,  may not know the whole story, and full disclosure may jeopardize their relationship with manufacturers and suppliers of equipment. It is possible that the pumps and or valves were constructed to spec but yet failed due to mechanical weakness. It is not uncommon for new parts to fail soon after implementation.........   So who do you blame? Do you rant and rave how the equipment was less than par? (pissing off your suppliers) Do you take the blame as the company that purchased this equipment? I say "No".....to both questions....... The "politically" correct thing to do is to concede to the fact that there were problems, and that improvements will be made!!! The blame game gets you no where!!!!

Just some thought, but hey...........picked up some cheapies this morning. Yup.....Kraft Dinner for February!!!  lol
