Is it odd....

Is it odd........that 207M of the issued shares to Hanlong on the 23rd of April 2010, were just finally filed with Sedi on Jan 21 of 2011?? Huh?

According to Sedi, they only have 5 days to file now. Why the delay? Was that legal? Did this transaction fall into a different catagory of some kind?

Anyone that is an expert on these kind of things care to chime in??
