CEX today and PTW today

CEX today and PTW todaythey came out with their shale gas evaluation and the market did not like what they heard....down 17% today so far..on pretty large volume..2.8 million so far.....CEX..... and PTW still mulling around at .07...some spec buyer but nobody is going to let the guy out at .19 cents...
