The number one reason is that 20 % of shares are owned by Carlos Salinas, a Mexican billionaire, not JOE DWEK, some North York Ontario scumbag. JD is like the "Harold the jewellery buyer " of mutual funds. I'd rather have stock owned by a real billionaire than a bottom feeder scumbag mutual fund.
