Did you guys seem how nonchalant he was when the interviewer asked if he was worried that the stock price has dipped about 25% since December?  He's not concerned at all.  He mentioned fluctuations in the silver price b/w $20-$40 but naturally, as a CEO, he's focused on the bigger trend.  They also raised a good point: the volatility in the metal price will further leverage the stock price.  In other words, gotta take the good with the bad.
