Yes companies CAN & DO hold results back LEGALLY
They can take as much time as they deem necessary to review data

CXT is not & will not be holding back data

The labs continue to be the problem as I have done a ton of DD here

The labs are horribly overworked & under stress with so many EXP companies coming on board everywhere
This is leading to many, many problems that are leading to massive delays

1] They have all had to hire additional, unexperienced help who are botching results So MANY results have to be redone as they did NOT adhere to standard deviation policies

2] Labs have got so many cores that they are NOT all stored on site any longer. Transportation causing further delays are rampant everywhere

3] Cores sent in earlier are being buried so some labs are putting out results "out of order" as the easiest cores to access are being done rather than spend all of thier time moving cores around to do them in order

4] Most labs are holding companies up for ransom. If you pay 2x the money then you can get results in 3-4 weeks instead of 3-4 months. Some companies are giving into these tactics so this is also pushing results back further

I have talked expensively to 3 different CEO's all with the same problems
I have suggested that a press release be published outlining these problems
They will NOT even publish the labs names as they fear {with good cause} retaliations

Most of these companies including CXT do have some results back but they are out of order so releasing them would actually be counter productive

If you think that we are frustrated they are in a lot worse state. Some of them are being forced to raise monies @ very supressed valuations due to SP being destroyed. Don't forget most of these managements have thier wages being paid with shares & are getting killed much worse than us as they havemulti  millions of shares

The good news is this is a one time "waiting period" as long as they keep drilling & submitting cores then once they start arriving there will be a steady flow of results. One day this must reverse & we will see MORE drill results than actual drilling. We must be patient
