RE: Acid job

RE: Acid jobNot in northern Saskatchewan where they are. It will take a couple days to get there and set up. ----------Original Message Posted 1/25/2011 5:59:46 PM----------
depends - if they want to make sure each interval gets a acid squeeze they would isolate using a special tool , squeeze the acid and then swab to get the results, and then do the next interval and so on. this could take a day or so for each interval. if they don't care they can squeeze all intervals at once - this would only take a few hours after they are rigged up- now if the formation is to tight and they cannot squeeze away the acid away then all is for not and then they need to decide whether it is worth fracing. they should be done by now - acid companies are readily available.
