RE: Insider SellingTypically, insider selling is not as strong of an indicator of insider sentiment as buying is. People sell for all kinds of reasons, new house, gifts, new car, etc, but they only buy for one reason, that they believe the future value to be significantly greater than the current valuation. With that in mind, what you often will see when a stock dips and if insiders believe in it, they will buy up shares in a large way. That exact phenomenon is happening right now with Route1 (ROI).
I still hope I am wrong on this stock. I have read that takeovers and buyouts are expected to headline business news in 2011, and if SXL indeed has strong deposits in the ground, this bodes well.
