Based on what I have read, I concur.  Average daily rate for each quarter seems to have been set by pre-selling and the rate of sales do not seem to saturate the ability of downstream resources, therefore additional capacity appears to be available to soak up the extra volume.

A more interesting question from my perspective is if MMT will be able to sell significantly more oil per day on average after all three wells are on line.
