Add to my ' suggestion :
list the warrants on the tsx, or one of the junior exchanges, giving 'us' the option of holding and possibly exercising, or selling for cash.

Tannin, if you get your money back you will have done well.  I think at this stage that offer of 100 cents on the dollar will seal the deal with the majority of convertible holders, I cannot see the other creditors giving you much more.

If they want you to refinance, any offer of warrants would only be in lieu of a higher interest rate or a higher conversion price, which of course would make your bonds less valuable by probably the same order to what your new warrants would be worth.

So, hopefully you understand that whatever package they give you it will unlikely be worth more than simply 100 cents on the dollar, they just might package it differently for you.  I hope that helps.
