Anyone out there?

Anyone out there?I'm doing some research into the stock.    Interested in what people may think of Roberta Washlow (10% + insider) blowing out approx 60,000 shares between 17.60 and 14.57 in March / April 2010?
Any insights into motivation?   Fear of the lawsuit?  Fear of the economy?  Estate planning?  Axe to grind?
Any way you slice it it was the wrong time to sell.  She should fire her advisor.
This company looks like it has turned the corner - Improving revenues, lawsuit settlement paid off, improving business conditions and end markets, etc.
Comments are welcome.
