IMHO the timing is evrything that provides our leverage....Their has been NO HRG Promotion....If we have concrete evidence, the initial real threat of suit by us will shape these bouys up REAL QUICK..They simply can not afford damage of this magnitude at IPO launch. In the End I will act in whatever manner CCharlwood recommends But again IMO this is perfect time to strike
