RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: The Teck news release concDarnellX nope none of the above. Been a long time investor with this company when Glen and David took it over. Watched as they tried to get it going and then watched in dismay as David and Glen started taking huge salaries out with no productivity. Read the historical financials - it is all there. Had many many talks with both of these guys but to no avail. When Glen got sick, offerred to help out and made some recommendations, brought a Director into the company even.
Then watched as Mulgravian got involved, spoke to David at length about the risk involved with that, but he was having nothing to do with looking ahead. However, he did listen when he wanted to do a $3Million financing out of London, and he realized if he had done that it would definately have been his end. That deal was announced and cancelled almost the next day. Then watched as Stanyer walked through the doors and it became very obvious what was happening. It was classic, the stuff movies are made out of, only David had never seen that type of movie and was oblivious to the fact that he was being undermined. So now here we are. Don't believe me trying getting George Orr to talk to you.
So if you think the Teck deal is good then perhaps you could explain in detail how much the shareholders will hold in these properties if Teck completes.
So you can take your paranoia meds now and feel okay.
