I Don't think it would be in the companies best interest to convince"suckhole" 10 groups you owe money to, or work with, to negotiate shares for your company for debt payment if you knew they would drop because the hole you were working on is a dud, or that your overall plan was BAD! Seems to me, someone knows more then we do.

Would you do that? Do you really think that was a good deal for them? for us? Do you really think that it was all negotiated before they had any idea the shareprice would drop to .105? What about that huge sell/controlled buy at .105 yesterday?
