Thoughts on insider trading

Thoughts on insider tradingI've been following insider trading on numerous stocks including Explor and wonder what everyone's opinion of it is.

Some stocks have a very active amount of trades (sells or buys). My opinion is that if there is tons of insider buying going on in a company usually something is up or the management is very confident in there own company. I've been hoping we'd see something like this for Explor but insider trading has pretty much been nill here. What are your thoughts on this?
