I am very surprised that they have not released any new information regarding the status of things like Prognoz, Bissa, and the results of the drilling programs that all existed in 2010.  Neither did they mention updated production numbers for the last quarter.
There is potentially significant change in financial value based on all of these results.  I don't know why they wouldn't have expedited these results for the prospectus.  The only comfort I have from this is that all of the results that we have been asking for because of their material value to us seem to be immaterial in the eyes of Severstal management.
