All are down quite a bit over the last couple of weeks some worse than CMK. CMK not a takeover target at this time, the low SP is a result of world economic factors same as for my other companies. Besides a bid by another company at this time to try to take advantage of short term lowering of SP would certainly be considered a hostile one. Maybe later after SP has stabilized for a respectable period of time and a baseline has been established but nothing to do with present low SP. IMO
