RE: I hate to say it but....Nobody likes consolidations & ACT is no exception. It signals a failure by management to get sales & therefore profit. Investors buy some companies on the strength of management so when management fails they punish the stock. Most take years to recover (SP) after a consolidation if they ever come around. The odds are very badly stacked against ACT succeeding.
Everyone is waiting until the consolidation is complete. Then we need a strong message from management as to their business plan going forward. I expect there will be little to no change until the consolidation is complete. Failure of management to negotiate contracts or get the contracts & hardware installed in a timely manner will be critical going forward. It takes way to long for these contracts to be finalized & installation to begin. This might be out of managements control but they must find a way to get customers to commit so they have ongoing revenue.
If not like most consolidated companies they to will also fail & go the way of the DoDo bird. The technology really means nothing no matter how good it is unless sales & profit propel the company.
JMO but statistics support this view.
