good question ....  could be any number of factors and we all have been scratching our heads over this.  The story doesnt get much better than this for a spec play.

perhaps it has been ...
- short sighted PP holders and their dilution gave away tighter control of share price
or maybe  because MDG only now coming out of spec phase or maybe even some may have wanted it held down untikl now.

Not sure anyone can answer with complete confidence, but I suspect / hope / think we are now on the verge of something larger and more sustainable that just might sustain higher price valuations.  Long term holders here are certainly due for a lift.
