1. Management has a history of flipping their shares and will yet again participate in the sell low buy lower BS

2. It is not positive when a company releases 4 press releases about the same pending financing.
3. It is not normal when I look in my stockhouse inbox and see 10 emails about MPE rumors/ positive news when there is nothing positive and it is just the same pending MOU and financing
