I dont think you are making this up, I just dont believe the info in the article. What oil are they refering to? On shore and off shore found reserves? Conventional oil? Do they include heavy oil? What about the oil we havent found yet? Sure.....we will run out of cheap, easily accessible conventional oil. Just not by 2041.  I  have a big yard, maybe I should start stockpiling......
