MOC order...bullsh!t.
Your theory of MOC orders on a pretty regular basis just doesn't hold water with my observations.
I've seen what must be a million closes by now.
It is extremely rare that it closes at exactly 16h00.
I know the subtleties and games.

But hey, that adds to the flavor of the board if we disagree.
