With so much going for it!
Because it is a Canadian company with no revenues, lack lustre management team, and phase 2 results aren't known. There is far too much uncertainty in the $$$ equation. The fog should lift in the next couple of weeks so we can get a peek at what is on the horizon. "Ar we headed fo d'ere rocks, or Aladin's treasure, ye matees? Harrhh"
