Why did Charles not release this news on a Thursday can I ask and answer?  Answer:   Charles seriously must rank as one of the most selfish, pocket filling Madoff individuals to be listed in the Canadian Markets and somehow he believes that people will react less emotionally if they have two days to think about it,....
