RE: RE: I do not agree that it is strange nowNot only MF wanted the stockprice lower ...the new investors as well so they could buy cheap shares...So Rene and Mark Naylor selling shares below 9 cents helped the New investors pick up more shares capping the stock price gelow 10 cents..All is cool if the new investors played the market to pick up cheap share is OK but they should have run the SP up near 10 cents and close the financing themselves...So if the new investors announced a roll back to create panic so they could buy more cheap shares and not go through with this rollback because of the Bernard family...
The new investors should have made an insider vote before to see if it would pass but no...the new yahoos investors knew they could request this in a vote even if they knew it night not go through...Why  more cheap shares...

I think there was alot of damaged done for CDO for financing...

Better hope these new investors have deep pockets

Management mistake...An insider vote for the Rollback...before playing yoyo games with investors
