Here is how it should be

IF YOU DONT OWN IT YOU CANNOT SELL IT!!! Can any of us sell the neighbor's house or car and hope to buy back the sales agreement before the owners take possession and hopefully the house or car price went down before that so he wants to sell it back to us??? WTF is this, we would all be in jail so fast that it would make your head spin. Same with short selling, sorry traders, but something is wrong with being able to sell something you don't have, same reasoning as above. Its plan and simply wrong! You do not have it so how can you sell it. Stop this BS and it would be a leveler field.JMHO
