I think the EQS investment is their call. There just seems to be a plan, EQS has written off everything but the kitchen sink and now they've raised money for new investments. I think you will see their net asset value head north from here and they need to do it quick as in may they will face another proxy botle.  As EQS goes up in value so would vv as they now hold almost a million shares. so vv no longer totally is reliant on their old business.
These new guys are hedge guys, i am hoping that they make Mobiquity investments the primary arm of vv or  even selloff the old business.
Anyhow at
.07 there is very limited downside risk and a decent upside, remember on the last move it ran to
.23 on no news in a few weeks.
