In the beginning a story NEVER has total control as they need money, and if inestors worry to lose their money in such stories, the company has to look for different financial sources. An investment by a fonds is not bad....if the guy, who is running this fonds is not like Dwek! So, keeping hands off junior stories means to keep hands off of microcaps in general because, as I said already, those story need investors and soemtimes offer their shares to the wrong people.

Investing in calls and put is an idiotic advice compared to microcaps !!!!! Read the book by Peter Leeds about investing in pennystocks !
