RE: Today's results

RE: Today's resultsThe Arian saga continues to expand and become a more compelling Silver adventure.

I am no geologist so am not able to give knowledgeable interpretation of the ore results. But one detail I did pick up from this morning's NR is that the results shown (8 holes) are for "an area from between the Santa Ana and Solidad veins. So in affect, thesegrades will ubdoubtedly solidify an increase in Ag, Pb & Zn in that area." So these will undoubtedly result in an upgrade of recorded ores. Recall that the Santa Ana & Solidad are already defined to JORC / NI 43-101 standards.

The mineralization is delineated along pretty repectable looking width meaning the ore per ton of rock material will be impressive:
  • Hole SJ-10-113 comprising 1.83m (true width) with 177 g/t Ag, 4.83% Pb, and 9.24% Zn;
  • Hole SJ-10-115 comprising 1.38m (true width) with 305.7 g/t Ag including a number of vein stringers with up to 564 g/t Ag; and
  • Hole SJ-10-116 comprising 5.47m (true width) with 242.5 g/t Ag and 1.03% Zn including vein stringers with up to 339 g/t Ag.

There was also mention of an additional 12 holes, 6 kms west of the SJ mine head which are

"awaiting assay results in the Guanajuatillo area along the San Jose Vein ("SJV");
-- Mineralisation remains open along the SJV
;"

The above outlines that the previously reported remaining 90% of the as yet unexplored length of SJ vein, does indeed hold Ag (etc) ore. But we have to wait for " which are currently awaiting assay results"

IMHO, this (preliminary to NI) news is impressive, plus it is a darn good prelude to an antiipated increase of our NI resources. In a short time (weeks to few months), we will know just exactly how much ores the SJ site does hold.

And let's not forget about Calicanto project site, not the money (or in lieu of $s, the equivalent GIX shares we are yet to receive for selling Tepal to Geologix Exploration
