Why I would expect to go over $1.50

Why I would expect to go over $1.50I have been following BNC over the last five years. Now this it seems that we have achieved some reasonable level. But since Sept 2010, the price keep go up and down and near about $1.50 but only on one occassion, it went as high as $1.74.

Whether one agrees to this or not, there is some artificial force restriciting BNC to go higher. I have witnessed this situation in more than 5 cases in the past. This clearly indicated that BNC management team is trying or has already identified a potential buyer and they believe that the best strategy is to keep the pirce checked. Personally, I am being adversely effected by this and I hope the buyout, if it happens, happens at a good price.

In two other cases, the prices fell above 20% and the buyout was current price + 15% so all the patient shareholder were taken for a ride.

I hope we long termer do not end up in the similar situation

All the best
